This photo is my 8 year old niece Isabelle who said that if I bought her a new mermaid outfit she would volunteer to be a mermaid for our Pirate School which we do for the City of Charleston Recreation Department in Hampton Park at Halloween. She was a hit. The kids loved her. She was fully awesome. The kids would ask her to flap her fins and when she did they were in awe.
