Ugh…I wish I had my own tropical sunrise mermaid tail because I am doing a cancer organization and I want to make a video saying dreams do come true and help all kid cancer patients know that if a 12 yr old girl,me, can be a mermaid they can too.

You guys are so great and I wish I get a fin fun mermaid tail because I have been asking my parents for a very long time now. I just wish I love the orange mermaid tail I do not know what it is called. But I really really really really want for this Christmas.

I love fin fun but I all wased wanted a mermaid tail but it is to expenses for me and I really like Zoey’s tail and the pink detailed one but it is so hard to save up for it …. I love mermaids and the water

I am glad to see kids win, but I think, for future contests the judging should not be “random” I saw many, many entries that were extremely well thought out and executed and did not win because the judging was random. I also saw poorly executed entries win. Many entries of why they became mermaids was nearly a carbon copy of mako Mermaids/H2O premise…”fall into a magic pool and got a tail”…instead of actually telling why they are or became a mermaid. Please consider actually READING and looking at the submissions next time

We received thousands of responses. We don’t have the staffing available to read every single entry. That’s why we randomly choose the entry number and then check to ensure that all the qualifications were met. This was not a writing contest. It was an opportunity for our fans to communicate with us in a unique and fun way. We loved reading many, many essays, watching videos and seeing wonderful acts of service. Mermaid Mania was designed for us to join with this fabulous community of mermaid lovers and have a great time together. We think it was a great success in that goal.
