Meet Waverlee
So… where to begin? Well, as you know, I’m a mermaid and a princess and I live in the Pacific Ocean, off the coast of the land you call California. It is warm and beautiful here. Near the beaches I see lots of humans standing on big sticks that have fins on the bottoms. They like to ride on my waves. I call them my waves because that’s my special Mermaiden power—I control the waves! I’m 15, so I’m still learning to really control my powers but I do a lot better than when I was a merbaby. When I was little if I got upset I could cause a really big wave, but I’ve learned to keep my temper calm so I don’t make waves that are dangerous for people. I certainly don’t want to hurt anyone!
I think the human world is so wonder-fin! You have so many different scales and fins you get to change into. So many colors and styles! I’d love to learn about how you change your outsides all the time. One of my favorite things is when my bestest finfriend Bubbles and I swim around the human piers near Malibu and watch the people with their colorful scales and long fins.

Waverlee’s story is the best! Her mermaid tail is my favorite! I would love to win a mermaid tail but I always try my best to enter the giveaway but i never win even once :((
and btw.. when i check fin fun mermaid tails i really want them but i check the price it was soo expensive! then i tell my parents to buy a mermaid tail but they said it was too expensive so we didn’t buy :((((

I love the tail! I wish I had a job at fin fun! Or I wish I could be a model, like the girls that advertise the tail. If you have any ideas, I’m 10, fourth grade, pretty, nice, have two mermaid tails, getting my third, I even sewed my own barbie doll mermaid tail! No lessons! It was cool!

I am so glad on the name of your mermaid. My daughter’s name is Wavearly. Same name different spelling. She is so excited!!! She loves mermaids and she can relate to this character very easily. When she gets mad her temper could change the tides, she loves her one pet friend, and she fully believes she is a mermaid in the bathtub. When we go swimming, she has begged I buy her a snorkle mask and fins so “she can be a mermaid” the product of having swimmable tails in the water is a long fantasy for every little girl. I am so happy my girls (and hopefuly boys;-) as I fully encourage imagination play in my household) might beable to have this option growing up.
