How are you guys doing in the met world? I’m very curious about how you could breath. Underwater. And opening your eyes in salt water?!? How is it not fuzzy?
Hey there, great question! Mermaids have special adaptions to help them live in their underwater environment. They have keen eyesight, they can see where it is dark better than most land folk, they have very special adaptions in their lungs that help with underwater breathing. The most evident example of these adaptions is their beautiful, fish-like tails!
Tidal Teal is the same color as my tail! 😱😋😁 We’re going to look like mer-twins! To answer your question, the tails feel great. Swiming like a mermaid takes a bit of getting used to, but once you master the wave motion, you’ll be swimming like a mermaid in no time!
